Hari om everyone,
Hope everyone had wonderful Navaratri celebrations last 10 days! Here's a quick recap of last class.
We started with a brief meditation and learnt chanting BG Chapter 15 until verse 3.
It was House Spirit Day at the ashram for all Bala Vihar classes. We joined everyone in the auditorium for the House events. Students enjoyed the activities along with everyone.
We will see you all on Sunday for our regular class in the basement.
