C FOR CLEANLINESS
It is C for cleanliness. We keep our rooms and surroundings clean so that they will give us happiness and joy. Children must be made to keep their belongings clean so that their health will remain safe and they will not turn sick. Cleanliness is next to Godliness. Keeping everything clean is an important duty for all humans. Please let your children from now on to keep their belongings clean so that it will enhance their thoughts and actions.
This is illustrated by a story. A royal horse would be taken to particular pond to take bath. But on one day, the horse refused to enter the pond because it was dirty. Another dirty horse had taken bath in the lake and it had polluted the waters. So the guards took the horse to another pond and it took bath there. Afterwards the dirty pond was cleansed.
It is not only about keeping the rooms and belongings clean. They need to keep their minds too clean. Some qualities will certainly turn minds dirty. Thoughts like anger, lust, greed, jealousy etc can ruin the mind. But it can be cleansed by one action. Thinking of God. God can easily cleanse our minds off the evils which make our minds unclean. Let us all chant God's name and make both our surroundings and mind clean and pure.
