Opening Prayers: We all sat straight, criss-cross, hands folded, chanted together 3 Oms, then Sahana Vavatu, Ganesha Slokha -Vakra Tunda, Saraswathi Slokha- Saraswathi Namasthubayam, Guru Slokha - Guru Brahma.
Sloka Chanting: We all together recited KrishnaAshtakam.
Last few classes we had been practicing for the Class play during Balavihar hence did not send the Class Summary. KIds picked the role they wanted to do in the Class Play.
Today May 17th is Grade 4 AM Class Play - we had picked to do a Game show from our syllabus My 24 Gurus - Guru Dattatreya Style. Eight Kids representing the different Gurus, dressed up like the Gurus, and through the Game show illustrated the qualities of the Guru and taught the audience lessons the Guru teaches us. Few kids participated as Narrators and Game show hosts.
We had 2 teams: Sky Scholars and Wisdom Warriors representing Grade 7 and Grade 8 classes. It was a fun Game show, and an easy way for all to learn from the Gurus.
And then all the kids together chanted "KrishnaAshtakam". After this, we chanted the Pledge and wrapped up.
Thank you parents for your support and cooperation for the class Play. Kids did an amazing job, and did their role very well, and everyone enjoyed the Game show.
