Hari Om everyone,
Last week was a very special one for our class as we celebrated Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda ji’s 110th birth anniversary. This year felt even more meaningful as Chinmaya Mission celebrates its Amrit Mahotsav — 75 glorious years of inspiring generations through knowledge and service.
As has become our class tradition, our students took charge of setting up the auditorium for the Guru Paadukaa Pooja attended by the entire Bala Vihar. From carefully arranging nearly 150 pooja thaalis to ensuring everything was ready before the pooja began, they worked together beautifully as a team.
But perhaps the most heartwarming part came afterwards.
Once everyone had left, the students stayed back to clean up the entire auditorium. They didn’t just put things away — they vacuumed, mopped, organized, and left the space better than they found it. Watching them serve so sincerely, without needing recognition, was truly special.
We are incredibly proud of their teamwork, responsibility, and spirit of seva.
