Krishna Lila
Krishna Lila
We continued with the Krishna Lila story. Sage Narada visits Kamsa and gives him Lord Krishna's whereabouts.
Kamsa sends Akrura to Lord Krishna with an invitation to the "Dhanur yagna". Kamsa makes an evil plan to kill Lord Krishna and Balarama.
Akrura is welcomed warmly in Vrindavan. The next day Lord Krishna and Balarama say goodbye to everyone in Vrindavan and head to Mathura.
On the way, Akrura sees a divine vision of Bhagawan Vishnu on Adisesha surrounded by all the celestial beings.
He recognizes the Krishna avatara and is blessed by the Lord!
My 24 Teachers
The next 2 teachers from the Avadhutha Gita are: Child and Spider. The kids did the play-doh activity to demonstrate Bhagwan's creation and destruction of the Universe.
The next 2 teachers from the Avadhutha Gita are: Child and Spider. The kids did the play-doh activity to demonstrate Bhagwan's creation and destruction of the Universe.
The Child teaches us to: live in the moment, be curious and honesty. The Spider teaches us to: embrace change and not be attached to material things.
The children spoke about different situations when they can use these teachings. They drew the teachers and wrote down the lessons learned on their papers for their journal.
